Deliver Images Over the Web

Creditron Web Inquire allows users with internet access to retrieve, display, and print transaction data and images from anywhere in the world using a standard web browser. The client does not need to install any special software or plug-ins!

Controlled Access

The system administrator controls access and preferences by setting up user profiles. This feature makes Web Inquire particularly useful to providers of Retail or Wholesale lockbox services. Session security is provided by Creditron which prevents access to data and images through the inquiry program except as allowed by the user profile. Users must log in with a password, and sessions time out after a defined period of inactivity. Firewall security must also be in place on your server to ensure there is no unauthorized access to the images or database outside of the Creditron application.

Flexible Search

The Web Inquire user will be able to search on those fields that the system administrator (Lockbox Provider) has pre-defined.

When a user successfully logs into Web Inquire, the search page will open and the Web Inquire user is then able to search on those fields that the system administrator (Lockbox Provider) has pre-defined. If the system administrator provided any additional notes, they will be displayed on the search page.

Useful Results

Web Inquire will return a list of all matching transactions for user selection. Once selected, the transaction data is displayed and the user can view or print individual images associated with that transaction.
