Multiple Bank Accounts Handled With Ease

This feature is used to reduce sorting time when incoming work represents a mix of checks destined for different deposit accounts. The Creditron ItemAge Express software can recognize the correct deposit account based on an identifier in the scanline, and then create multiple deposit batches simultaneously. By using the 2 line dot matrix endorser or the 4 line inkjet endorser, the system will endorse each check with the appropriate account and bank information. In addition to sorting the checks, accompanying stubs may also be pocketed separately if desired.

Simple, Comprehensive Reporting

With Multibank, each deposit is summarized for the individual deposit accounts at the end of the day, but there is also a grand total of all the deposits for the purposes of cash flow reporting. This allows you to manage your business at the account level as well as at a consolidated level.

Note: In order to take full advantage of the multibank software feature, an upgraded endorser and/or additional pocket units may be required for your hardware.
