Position: Regional Sales Executive
Reports To: Vice President Sales and Marketing
Position Description:
In this role, The Sales Executive will be the driving force behind new business growth across all remittance vertical markets (Insurance, state & local governments, utilities, non profits, newspaper). To be successful in this role, the candidate must be well organized and have a plan for working his territory. He or She will work the entire sales pipeline on a daily basis. This starts with creating new leads, qualifying the leads, developing the opportunity, creating value, presenting solutions and closing new business. The ideal candidate will be a “Hunter”, while still having the skill set to maintain and grow the business relationships that he / she started. This position requires strong prospecting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy outbound calls to prospects and customers
- Revenue: Develop, realize and maintain incremental revenue by selling and advocating all Creditron products and services “to”, “through” and “with” prospective customers within specified territory and / or assigned accounts.
- Identify new accounts and close new business opportunities by competitive quoting, quotation follow up and sales functions.
- Document all sales activity in (Call Reports and Opportunities)
- Pipeline Management: Identify, track and facilitate closure of key opportunities.
- Maintain on-going relationships with multiple contacts throughout client’s organizations to insure smooth delivery of products/ services and payment.
- Identify and exceed customer requirements by working closely with appropriate internal resources.
- Resolve customer issues quickly.
- Travel within geographic territory as required. Reside in major metropolitan city within territory.
- Effectively utilize internal resources to provide appropriate and timely support to our customers and prospects.
- Attend trade shows promoting products when required as well as internal sales meetings arranged by the company.
Experience:
- 2+ years sales background to include but not limited to experience within the remittance space
- Proven track history of 100% quota attainment
- Maintains a consultative or solutions oriented selling style.
- Must be organized, motivated and possess the ability to develop and execute a sales plan enthusiastically.(has ideally started a territory from scratch)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to achieve commitment and results.
- Strong account management, closing and “win-win” negotiating skills are essential.
- Exceptional business writing and communication skills.
- Experience in designing and negotiating winning sales proposals
